i made an offer on a house on august 14th, so like 7.5 weeks ago. it was a short sale. my offer got rejected by the bank today. fart.

in good news, my pal crispy had a baby today! maybe now she'll update her blog for the first time in 5 months. rdrr. 7 lbs 5 oz and 21" long, just like a good fish! girl = Arabella.
